Refund and Cancellation Policy

We take pride in providing our customers with quality products and services. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 30 days of purchase. To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at admin@paralleldesk.com with your name, order number, and reason for the request. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving your request.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at admin@paralleldesk.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already been processed, we may not be able to cancel it but we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

Note: Please keep in mind that if you purchased our software from a retail store or another website, you will need to contact them directly to request a refund or cancellation.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if we determine that you have violated our terms and conditions or if we believe that the request is fraudulent. We also reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
