Overview
KUBRA is looking for a talented Visual Designer to join our Product Design team!
As a Visual Designer at KUBRA, your role is crucial in creating outstanding visual designs and delivering exceptional user experiences.

What you get to do every day
Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and create visually appealing design solutions that meet user needs and align with business objectives.
Executing design projects: Utilize design tools and methodologies to create visually engaging assets, such as graphics, mockups, and prototypes. Collaborate with developers for successful implementation and seamless user experiences.
Iterating and refining designs: Continuously iterate and refine designs based on feedback to enhance the user experience. Incorporate the latest design trends, emerging technologies, and industry standards to strive for design excellence.
Advocating for visual design: Advocate for the importance of visual design and effectively communicate with stakeholders. Present your design solutions to ensure alignment between design decisions and user needs and business goals.

What kind of person should you be?
Familiarity with rapid prototyping tools, like Figma, Framer, InVision, or similar; Figma preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a keen eye for detail
Proactive mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Team player who can collaborate effectively with co-workers and clients
What skills do you need?
Degree in Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Information Architecture, or a related field is preferred, or an equivalent level of practical experience is expected.
2+ years of design experience: Possess a strong foundation in design principles, methodologies, focusing on creating visually appealing and user-friendly solutions.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams: Demonstrate experience working collaboratively with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into impactful visual designs.
Familiarity with technology industry and design trends: Exhibit a strong understanding of the technology industry and a passion for staying updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure designs are current and relevant.
