
Sr. Talent Advisor
Overview
To support this growth, we are hiring for an onsite Talent Advisor for our future site in Holly Springs, NC. As a Talent Advisor you will play a vital role in shaping the organization, while providing an excellent experience for each FUJIFILM candidate. The successful candidate will be a part of our People and Culture team, providing leadership and guidance to hiring managers throughout the employee lifecycle.
Our recruiting environment is a corporate office setting with high emphasis on communication and interaction with diverse professional staff. The successful Talent Advisor must be able to work autonomously in in a fast-paced environment. You must have effective time management and cross-regional teamwork skills spanning across multiple time zones. Prior recruiting experience working in the life science business for both exempt and non-exempt roles is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Source, screen and submit qualified candidates to all assigned job openings and manage recruiting needs with a balanced approach to urgency of the business need and running a compliant, inclusive process
Drive sourcing strategy and pipeline activities in support of the functions they support
Partner with hiring managers to create or update job postings according to internal leveling framework
Proactively arrange position kick-off meetings with hiring managers and advise on recruitment process
Review and disposition applicants, providing clear and accurate documentation
Conduct pre-screening interviews for qualified applicants and share profiles with comprehensive summaries to hiring managers
Drive exceptional candidate experience through every touch point in the recruiting process
Advise hiring managers on competitive talent landscape and overall market conditions
Support planning and execution of large scale hiring events
Recruit for corporate functions, commissioning/Qualification/Validation and Maintenance/Instrument and Controls searches
Oversee the coordination of interviews and lead debrief sessions
Represent the company at job fairs and industry events as needed
Required skills:
Bachelor's Degree required
Ability to negotiate offers with candidates in a tight market
Ability to influence hiring managers and others in a large, matrixed environment
Confidence communicating with candidates and leaders in a direct and professional manner
Proficient in working with applicant tracking systems and demonstrated ability indatabase management and record keeping
Excellent time management skills and a sense of urgency
Experience with behavioral interviewing techniques
Ability to discuss and maintain highly confidential information prevalent in human resources work
Data-driven professional who displays a clear attention to detail

5+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate environment is required
Prior experience recruiting in Life Science or Medical Device industry is preferred
Technologically savvy, with fluency in internet sourcing including LinkedIn

8+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate environment is required
Prior experience recruiting in Life Science or Medical Device industry is required
Experience coaching and mentoring team members
Technologically savvy, with fluency in internet sourcing including LinkedIn
