
IT Manager
Overview
FujiFilm Business Innovations Organization (FBIO) is offering an opportunity in our Hanover Park, IL. Location. We are looking for a dynamic IT Manager ready for the next step in their career. As the IT Manager you will be responsible for various types of technology focused initiatives that are cross-functional and require collaboration across the FBIO organization. The IT Manager will adhere to and implement best practices and proven methodologies to ensure timely and effective delivery of project deliverables by providing leadership and direction to FBIO’s Information Technology team, through strong partnerships with business stakeholders and a passion for innovation, we are driving transformation throughout the company. The IT Manager will be responsible for driving 2-3 of our high priority small projects as well as assisting Program Managers on some of the larger programs.
The successful candidate will have a technical background, be an industry-recognized expert in multiple fields of practice described and have detailed working knowledge of all other fields within IT including Windows, Oracle, SAP, or MS D365, Global Desktop and Site Support, and Information Security. Having successfully managed IT projects and team in procure to pay and order to cash environment, the IT Manager will be comfortable in an environment of uncertainty and rapid change, will be an expert problem solver, will proactively utilize documentation to create repeatable processes, and will be an established leader whose clear communication (upward, to peers, and giving direction to the team) is effective in rallying teams to a common goal.
Some of the responsibilities are, but not limited to:
Manage and support Legacy ERP projects such as re-configuration, restoration of data interface with an Oracle technical lead.
Lead ERP migration projects with overall responsibility for successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, status reporting and closure.
Drive activities to achieve measurable outcomes by managing schedule, resource, scope, deliverables, budget, risk, issue, dependency, and communications.• Closely working with the headquarters IT organization and local functional team, provide framework for functional and technical specification documents for data integrations and related templates to support data mapping.• Collaborate with functional leads to plan business process redesign activities along with system design roadmap.• Provides timely updates to the functional leads and key stakeholders by producing regular project status reports.• Assist with business process redesign activities along with system design roadmap.• Help define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes for best practices and successful business framework• Manage IT team including vendors and contractors closely working with Network Infrastructure team
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field with 5+ year equivalent experience
Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems
PREFERRED SKILLS• Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies
People skills - Very strong team player, able to foster teamwork, collaboration, and a positive working environment to the project team.• Analytical skills - Ability to perceive and analyze problems, develop alternatives, and recommend sound decisions.• Strong aptitude to learn and self-motivated• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, and rapidly changing environment• High degree of integrity and professionalism
