Overview

This position is responsible for the implementation of “post-sale” service and support tasks for FUJIFILM North America EID, ID, and OD products. This position reports directly to the VP of Electronic Imaging and Optical Devices Division.

FUJIFILM North America Corporation consists of five divisions including Imaging, Electronic Imaging, Graphic Systems, Optical Devices, and Industrial Products and Corporate New Business Development. These companies market a broad range of consumer and commercial products in North America and Latin America. The Imaging Division (ID) provides consumer and commercial photographic products and services. The Electronic Imaging Division (EID) markets consumer digital cameras; the Graphic Systems Division (GSD) supplies products and services to the graphic printing industry; the Optical Devices Division (OD) provides optical lenses for broadcast, cinematography, closed circuit television and binoculars. The Industrial Products Division (IPD) supplies cutting edge digital imaging and conventional film, chemistry and equipment to the NDT industry.

Key Functions/Responsibilities:

Repair and service of in warranty and out of warranty products (FNAC & FCAN)

Quality assurance of workmanship

Manage service turnarounds and timelines.

Oversee day-to-day management of 3rd party support personnel.

Product returns processing (FNAC & FCAN)

Intake and processing of all products for resale, salvage, or disposal

Ensure Camera Repair Dept. meets company objectives for safety and environment including regulatory compliance (ISO Program).

E-Commerce customer and logistics support

Manage distribution of E-Commerce sales orders and inventory

Working knowledge of E-Commerce web-based programs

Final escalation support and resolution for camera repair customers as needed.

Camera exchange and loaner program

Maintenance & oversight

High School Diploma

5+ years in similar field or related industry
