Job Summary

Performs inspections, testing, repairs, and planned maintenance of advanced and complex Commerical HVAC Systems including Heavy Commercial Centrifugal & chiller systems.

Essential Duties

Operates, Maintains and Troubleshoots more complex HVAC mechanical systems to including Chillers, split systems up to 120 tons, mini split systems, multizones, VRV heat pump/recovery, RTUS and packaged systems, WSHP, self-contained systems, CRAC units,

AHUs and EFs, pumps and piping.

Coordinates work processes on large projects. Performs disassembly and reassembly of large or small commercial equipment to perform troubleshooting and planned maintenance as indicated in the service agreement. Proficiently operates hand tools, power tools, gauges and measuring equipment.

Completes service contracts, quoted projects and demand service calls as directed. Develops long-term relationships with

customers and explains work performed to the customer's satisfaction.Ability to provide customer solutions to customers. Communicates and documents project status to all project stakeholders.

Participates in technician on-call-stand-by rotation as dictated by business unit policies and procedures.

Purchases materials and issues purchase order numbers to suppliers.

Safely operates motor vehicles and trailers as evidenced by past driving performance record.

Meets requirements of fleet safety and driving policy and adheres to all company safety requirements.

Maintains equipment, tools, and inventory stock on service vehicle.

Able to work effectively with app-based software.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum of 7+ years of experience HVAC Commercial Service.Advanced knowledge of service processes, techniques and codes is required. Proficient in reading complex schematics and printsAble to perform as a self-managed individualMust be able to display a professional demeanor, solid interpersonal skills with good written and oral communication capabilities.
