Responsibilities
Dynamics CRM Functional Lead
The Dynamics CRM Functional Lead (FL) is an experienced business process consultant who is the face of the project and the key trusted advisor. The FL drives the client toward early project success and maintains a role as the liaison between execution contributors and the client during the build and delivery actions. The FL will often be asked to support organizational change tasks during the go-live period as well.
Manages detailed scope confirmation, discovery, as-is analysis, gap-fit, business requirements gathering.
Interacts with the solution architect and technical execution lead and project manager to bring a complete solution to the client with fidelity to the design and Synoptek delivery methodology.
This role is mostly functional; will assist with demo’s and occasionally does hands on configurations in the authoring tool.
This role is not a PM but will take on PM duties as needed
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university required.
Have or will be able to certify in Dynamics CRM application administration and configuration
Other IT or PM certifications are helpful
4+ years technical experience
2+ years position specific experience
5+ years mentorship experience
3+ years consulting practice or professional services business with Project, Client Engagement, Customer Facing
Advanced user of Dynamics 365
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM Admin
Advanced user in Workflow Documentation
Intermediate user in Workflow designer tools
Advanced understanding in Workshop and Project Management
Advanced understanding of enterprise class software delivery and its methodologies
Ability to travel up to 35% a year
Preferred Qualifications

Intermediate understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM Configuration
Salary:
The following information is required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act and the California Pay Transparency Act. This applies only to individuals working in the state of Colorado or in California. The anticipated starting pay range of Colorado and California applicants for this role is $138.544 for CO and $150,192 - $159,488 for CA. Based on eligibility, compensation for the role may include variable compensation in the form of bonus, commissions, or other discretionary payments. These discretionary payments are based on company and/or individual performance and may change at any time. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location.
