Responsibilities
Business Intelligence Architect with both Delivery and pre-sales engineering/architecture
This is an interesting role involving both hands-on-nitty-gritty systems engineering and consultative customer focused finesse. We are seeking a true SENIOR level resource who has a strong background in systems engineering and an inherent ability to communicate and develop lasting relationships with clients.
Effectively plan, staff and manage the execution of a portfolio of IT projects, managing scope, schedule and budget with the objective of delivering quality work products
Understand business objectives and be able to identify implications to IT as it relates to application architecture and infrastructure
Be able to think through various solutions options as it relates to complex business problems and provide recommendations to client.
Firm grasp of leading application and integration architecture frameworks
Architect technology solutions to complex business problems
Effectively lead client discovery meetings, and be able to clearly articulate scope, approach, and level of effort for the proposal
Coach and mentor development team members, along with educating broader organization on delivery capabilities and competencies
Technical Areas
10+ years’ experience in Business intelligence , data warehouse, ETL , data analytics , data visualization tools
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical program management or delivery management of medium/large enterprise clients
Experienced in having delivered data warehouse projects with multiple projects high data volume, and data warehousing aspects.
Dimension modeling, ETL/ELT optimization using various data ingestion patterns, Self-service architecture knowhow.
Should have knowledge about solutioning analytical cubes (tabular/multidimensional), data marts for complex business requirements
Power BI – Good/Consultative knowledge of capabilities, setting-up, maintaining & guiding on Power BI data models, dashboards & reports.
Help prioritize, ensure execution, and communicate timelines for existing BI roadmap, new BI requests, and BI platform or underlying data issues.
Proven experience in Microsoft Azure, ETL and EDW technologies. (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, Azure Cloud, SQL, ADF , Azure analysis service , Azure data lake , Azure Synapse, Azure Data Bricks).
Deep knowledge of business intelligence and data science best practices
Comfortable working with sales, billing, and financial information.
Highly diligent and aware of organizational initiatives yet knows how to stay prioritized
Highly organized - Ability to manage time and resources effectively to achieve goals
Ability to multitask - make progress on multiple projects in parallel
Great communication skills; proactive/action oriented
Data governance and MDM experience a plus
Delivery / Pre Sales/ Solution Architect
Set and be responsible for project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Collaborate in creating technical documentation such as product roadmaps, business, and software requirements, create and evaluate technical solution architectures, solution proposals, presentations, project estimates, resource planning, resource budgeting, resource performance evaluations as required, and maintain high standards for produced documents
Drive coordination of work across team members. Ensure every member on the team is on track to deliver as per the plan
Maintain repository for deliverables, budget and business development documents
Collaborate with Project Managers and Technical Leads to provision estimates, develop overall implementation solution plan, and assist in implementing the installation, customization, and integration efforts
Provide support to sales team, clients and contractors and contribute to the overall business growth and the revenue development process
Account management of existing client base, retention and expansion of business
Help prioritize, ensure execution, and communicate timelines for existing BI roadmap, new BI requests, and BI platform or underlying data issues.
Facilitating, guiding and influencing the clients and teams towards the right BI Solution /Scope/ architecture and becoming the interface between Business Tech leadership and the Development teams.

10+ years of technical experience
9+ years position specific experience
5+ years mentorship experience
10+ years of project, client, and customer engagement

Salary Range:
The following information is required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act and the California Pay Transparency Act. This applies only to individuals working in the state of Colorado or in California. The anticipated starting pay range of Colorado and California applicants for this role is $123,700 – 131,500 for CO and $134,100 - $142,400 for CA. Based on eligibility, compensation for the role may include variable compensation in the form of bonus, commissions, or other discretionary payments. These discretionary payments are based on company and/or individual performance and may change at any time. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location.
