This position will report to the Director of Contracts and Legal Operations and work closely with our Corporate Development, General Counsel, and Operations teams. The Contracts Administration Manager is responsible for managing, organizing, reviewing, negotiating, and drafting a full range of contracts, nondisclosure agreements, and other specialized agreements. The Contracts Administration Manager will act as a liaison to all levels of the organization, providing contractual domain knowledge in implementation, execution, and administration.

Craft, evaluate, and negotiate contracts covering various transactions and services. The complexity of agreements may vary from moderate to complex. Should be experienced in redlining legal agreements.Create and maintain relationships with Health Plans and serve as a secondary point of contact for matters concerning contracts.Maintain records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts and those in progress.Communicate and present information to stakeholders about all contract-related matters.Monitor contracts and move forward with close-outs, extensions, or renewals.Develops work plans and provide oversight in the administration of contracts to accomplish contractual objectives, ensuring financial and operational compliance with contract terms.Interface effectively with key stakeholders, including senior management, to understand and support their contract requirements and timelines.Identify opportunities to improve business processes and devise plans to implement these changes.Update information in the contract management system and ensure proper document storage and retention, ensuring all data is current and accurate.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Your Knowledge and Experience

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5-7 years experiences drafting contract provisions, contract preparation, negotiation, and interpretation.

Highly developed negotiation, facilitation, problem-solving, decision-making, and consensus-building skills.

Strong issue-spotting skills and ability to identify and advocate for different positions.

Experience working collaboratively with senior leadership and management.

Experience in developing or growing a contracts administration group, including experience in implementing appropriate systems, policies, procedures, and reporting processes.

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to support change efforts with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Flexible in managing changing priorities and coordinating multiple projects and diverse responsibilities

Physical, Environmental, and Sensory Requirements

The work environment is a typical office setting.

The role qualifies for a hybrid schedule.
