The Client Services Manager will liaise between NationsBenefits and its clients. The Client Services Manager is responsible for ensuring ongoing client satisfaction and assisting with general operations. Day-to-day operations require managing client deliverables and expectations, assisting with client implementations, and other activities as business needs arise. This person works to resolve problems and ensure that products are delivered promptly and as expected. The role also includes the management of other team members in the completion of tasks and resolution of issues. This position may require limited travel.
Additional activities may include:
Marketing activities related to current client deliverablesScheduling and hosting internal and client conference callsScheduling and hosting quarterly or annual business reviewsResearching competitors and client businessesReporting on client behavior on an ad hoc and/or regular basisBenchmarking statistics against internal and external standardsAttending conferences and on-site meetingsCoordinating between various departments to meet deliverable deadlines
Qualifications and Preferred Education (not required)
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Health Field, and/or three years experience in account management or another Client Services role.
