Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. a multi-office national firm has an immediate opening for a full-time Receptionist to manage the front desk of our Scottsdale office. This position provides administrative support and answers all incoming calls within the office.


Greet, assist and/or direct visitors and clients.

Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible; receive, direct and relay telephone messages.

Direct callers to the appropriate staff member and take adequate messages when required.

Pick up and deliver the mail. Open, date and stamp all general correspondence.

Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.

Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences, and conference telephone calls.

Manage conference room schedule.

Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies and storage room inventory/cleaning.

Monitor the use of supplies and equipment.

Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment.

Provide security passes when necessary.

Perform other duties and assist the legal team as required.


1-2 years’ experience working as a Receptionist/Front-Desk Administrative Assistant - law firm or professional services experience preferred.

High School Diploma or its equivalent required.

Requires critical thinking skills, superior communication and organizational skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Strong Internet and Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook e-mail.

Physical Demands

This position is considered to be mostly sedentary and will require the employee to sit for extended periods of time. It will also require the employee to occasionally stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. They may engage in bending, stretching, reaching and other motions in the course of a working day. They will be engaged in using office equipment and computers. They may engage in lifting of supplies and materials up to 20 pounds from time to time. While performing duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to see, talk, and hear.

Working Conditions

This job is located primarily in an indoor office environment with varying noise levels. There may be varying degrees of temperature. The employee may be interrupted from time to time.
