
Marketing Project Manager - US
What We Need
Overview:
WE is looking for a bright and driven Project Manager—a flawless executor, a structural mastermind, the kind of person who plots out itineraries and budgets in his or her spare time. The Project Manager will oversee a range of projects of varying complexity, and work closely with several internal teams to manage all global marketing’s various technical, creative and marketing needs. Our ideal candidate? Someone who’s a born communicator and meticulous planner, comfortable with web development processes and project management methodology, and fluent in good old-fashioned getting stuff done (aka scrappy).
What you'll be doing
Responsibilities:
Planning
Demonstrates an understanding of the agency’s business, needs, expectations and requirements
Collaborates with agency marketing team to identify approach, deliverables, schedule and tools to deliver within established timeline and budget
Works with agency marketing team to estimate costs, timing, and schedules relating to each portion of the project stages: discovery, research, strategy, functional design, visual design, technology requirements, etc., utilizing planning and process tools
Project Execution
Coordinates all project activities and stages with agency marketing team to ensure tasks are completed appropriately and according to schedule and strategy. Tasks include debriefs, status check-ins, agency marketing team and stakeholder reviews, etc.
Communicates actions and next steps clearly via timelines, project team updates, and status reports
Develops, reviews and maintains project documentation, including status reports, project schedules, budgets, meeting summaries and review details
Maintains vendor/partner relationships pertaining to the project at hand as needed
Monitoring, Financials and Risk Management
Manages project scope to ensure projects are completed according to schedule, expectations and budget
Responsible for communicating project issues and risks to project owner, along with working with appropriate counterparts to develop solutions
Scope Resourcing
Provides recommendations on scope and project teams for incoming work to ensure the correct mix of expertise is scoped according to the project needs
Delivery and Quality Assurance
Collaborates with team to ensure the relevancy, strategy, quality and timeliness of each project deliverable
What you've been able to accomplish
Qualifications:
4-5+ years of project management experience managing multi-phased, interactive/digital projects, preferably in an agency or consulting environment
Bachelor’s degree required
PMP and PMI-ACP certification preferred
Proficient with MS Project, Microsoft Office and Basecamp a plus
Knowledgeable in web technologies, web development process and delivery solutions with creative and engineering components, media and advertising projects, digital strategy projects
Understanding of project management methodology, including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans, develop specifications, perform resource allocations, manage project financials (budget, forecast, pacing and reporting) and run team communications
Ability to work across multiple projects and with multiple project owners at once
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills

Your Salary:
The target range of base salary in all locations within the United States for this role is $64,000 - $85,000 per year. Actual salary is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to business needs, level of responsibility, skill set, level of experience, and geographical location.
