Entry level Computer Technician

Overview

We are seeking an Entry level Computer Technician to join our team! You will resolve computer-related issues for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software

Resolve issues for clients

Setup email accounts on mobile devices.

Distribution of iPad and laptops to students

reset passwords

Track customer issues and resolutions

Physical relocation of IT assets

Other IT projects throughout the year

Qualifications:

Previous experience in IT - customer facing support – Students, Teachers, Principals, etc.

Ability to build rapport with clients

Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills

Positive and professional demeanor

Strong communication and customer service skills

A+ certification a plus but not mandatory

Employment Type - 1099 – temp to possible permanent position
