We are looking for people who:, Any Graduate,Post Graduate., Handled a team of a minimum of 30,50 Inside Sales members, which includes managers & executives., Having excellent people skills., 5+ years of experience in b2c Inside Sales with exposure to healthcare,pharma domain experience., Strong business acumen, understanding the key metrics and dynamics related to the growth and revenue goals of an organization., Strong leadership skills with demonstrated competencies in championing high,performance management., Strong analytical abilities and good interpersonal skills.How you will make an impact:, Develop the overall strategy for Inside sales in line with the organization's goals., Hire new sales professionals and manage the existing team of inside sales executives., Establish annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets., Develop a world,class team by mentoring, counseling, and coaching team; planning, monitoring, and appraising results and related reviews., Ensure team efficiency in terms of productivity and efficiency., Identify operational issues and work to resolve them with other stakeholders.
