The role serves the purpose of developing the business from the HoReCa channel of Zydus Wellness by, Identifying potential clientele & partnering with R&D, Sales Teams to deliver on business needs, Progressively building the business with channel partners by leveraging our portfolio of brandsAreas Key Accountabilities, Responsibilities:Key Deliverables: , % Achievement on BD Target , Top Line, Bottom Line , % Achievement on Channel Development (Clientele, Spread), NPD Pipeline Projects , Milestone Completion, Marketing Execution related KPI (SLA Adherance, Effectiveness of Spend)Key Activities:, Ideate & contribute in drawing the roadmap for the Channel & Brand in the short term (1,2 Years), Identify opportunities basis roadmap, Build Business case for identified opportunities for alignment with key stakeholders , Lead new product development,customization work for HoReCa segment in coordination with R&D team, Branding & communication development for new products , Co,ordinate with Market research agencies, Ad agencies and internal functions on execution of project plan, Drive on ground execution with HoReCa Sales Team & track success parameters, Aid Category Head in the preparation of the Annual budget, Lead & contribute to streamlining & improving internal processes, routines basis industry Best Practices, in this area
