Job Description

Core Competencies:, Forensics , Conduct and lead internal investigations of alleged or suspected violations of criminal law and corporate policies, including theft, fraud, embezzlement, conflict of interest, collusion, kickbacks and records falsification, Intake of confidential complaints and whistleblower reports, Interface with various levels of the organization, including Senior Management, Provide concise and meaningful updates to Internal StakeholdersEthics, Developing, maintaining, updating and enhancing the Code of Business Conduct & Ethics, Building a strong ethical culture in complying with applicable laws and regulations, Actively engage in external and internal compliance networks to identify emerging trends and best practices in the Industry, Support the Speak Up,Whistleblowing program, Serve as a project manager for the Ethics Orientation and Onboarding of all new employees, Develop online training to educate all employee(s) and deliver informative and engaging training to leaders and managers, Managing the conflict of interest disclosure process, including providing guidance to employees at all levelsLook out for the job:,, Minimum 6 years of relevant experience of which at least 3 years relating to the investigation of extensive, complex, detailed and confidential investigations., Experience working with a Big4 is must., Possess a high energy level and strong work ethic with a commitment to continuous improvement in a dynamic and changing environment that strives to exceed expectation., Experience with data mining software such as ACL, Access, SQL, Business Objects etc. preferred., Should be a Chartered Accountant,Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) desired.
