Job Description

Main Purpose :, Manage and run inhouse payroll for employees in India Region , includes managing relationships with Finance, External Service Providers, HR Ops, and other relevant stakeholders, Support in the execution of benefits plans like insurance including enrolment, utilization, and management of programs for employees at India Region and management of insurance company and broker, Assist in F&F settlements for employees in India Region and payroll processing, Ensure solid understanding, interpretation, and accurate administration of all C&B policies, procedures, and relevant local laws for relevant stakeholders including LHRMs, HRSC and Employees, Manage the provident fund process for the employees and liaise with key stakeholders both internal and external on ensuring a seamless process, Leads all Retirement Plans for PEP , PF, Gratuity, and Superannuation. Work involves making all statutory contributions, filing returns management of independent trusts, governing trusts and the earnings on those with third party companies like Dara Shaw, etc. This also involves a huge project that has been underway for the last couple of years , PF Trust Exemption, Ensure that the organization complies with all labor laws and regulations at all locations by leading all compliances., Ability to handle mail and call flow from existing and ex,employees on a regular basis., Liaising with government authorities as per requirement, Dealing with Senior Leadership Team on regular basis for meetings, presentations, representations, and regular interactions., Be the Payroll SPOC to support and prepare the details required for all internal,external audit requirements (Group Audit, Statutory Audit, and Internal Payroll Audit) in partnership with the Controls team., Ensuring closure of all the payroll audits as per timelines and plugging the gaps based on the observations., Prepare balance sheet schedules and ensure the hygiene of all Payroll related accounts., Perform balance reconciliation of Employees and set up process with SSC to resolve issues identified., Partner with Sector & Corp for management of all Payroll and Benefits administration related systems for India Region employees, Responsible for accurately executing Payroll and Benefits related changes from PMP cycle for India Region, Ensure education of employees on topics including Payroll and, Service Support and External Vendors related to payroll as well as benefits administrationQualifications , Requirements :, MBA in HR from Tier 1 or Tier 2 Institute with 6+ years of experience in assisting Payroll processes and managing statutory requirements.Competencies Required :, Core Process Knowledge and expertise including C&B administration and relevant local laws on PF, Gratuity, Employee Insurance, Ability to deal with demanding multitasking environment and personalities, Comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets, Strong Data Management ethics, Drive for results, resilience along with positive attitude towards learning, Communication skill , Personal as well as mass communication, Strong interpersonal and partnering skills, High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality, confidence and presence to establish credibility within the organization, Strong project management skills, analysis and presentation skills, Customer orientation , addresses issues and queries satisfactorily in a timely manner, effectively decides when to escalate, Execution excellence , Strives for zero error execution, Ability to take initiative , Anticipate and take proactive action, Simplifies complex information for clear understanding and satisfactory resolution of issues or errors, Discipline and rigor to ensure that Processes, Policies & Guidelines are followed
