An excellent candidate would be someone who can see the big picture of what the company mission and vision looks like, and work with different parts of the business to realize this vision in terms of content.Reports To: VP , InnovationType: 1 community manager reportingCore Responsibilities :Plan, design, implement and maintain the company's employer pages on:, Social media platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Twitter, Engagement platforms such as company blog, podcasts, Create impactful content across channels and drive engagement, Responsible for analyzing data and devising solutions,creative ways to achieve desired outcomes, Position Zupee as a thought leader in the Industry: identify forums to promote this, align and develop content strategy for identified forums, Maintain and evolve Zupee's corporate websiteWhat are we looking for?, Exceptional communication skills: written and verbal, Ability to own things end to end, Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team, Curiosity and proactiveness in approachwww.zupee.globalQualifications and Skills :, Min 5+ years of experience, with proven expertise in handling employer branding portfolio, Must have grown the employer brand with power of content rather than marketing dollars or marketing spend, Must have excellent understanding of social media trends,pop culture and timely content creation ability to be able to organically help the Zupee employer brand surf that wave and help increase engagement across relevant channels
