The role requires demonstrated skills to deliver best,in,class results and cultivate, engage, and develop talent across multiple levels and capabilities across ZS. They will be responsible to align learning programs the oversee to the vision and strategy for ZS inclusive of the HR priorities for culture, performance and leadership development.Responsibilities:, Owns the strategy and design for the Milestones program, which is focused in leadership and EQ development across all roles and regions., Develop, manage, and execute learning program project plans, communication and times lines by collaborating across stakeholders and learning team members, overseeing logistical support, collaboration with leaning design team members and mange vendor relationships,contracts for Global Leadership Program Delivery inclusive of Global offerings for Managers, Associate Principals and Principals., Provides oversight of program content development strategies inclusive of evaluation plans, in line with ZS curriculum, including reassessment of existing programs, analysis of gaps and implementation of new learning programs to ensure high,quality modern learning experiences., Delivers programs at scale through support of communication,change plans and facilitation of discussions through multiple channels and ensures set guidelines and regional delivery needs., Partner with stakeholders to define, monitor and communicate learning program effectiveness by collecting learning feedback from participants and stakeholders and align with learning KPI and identify the opportunities for enhancements of the program., Manage participant and facilitator,instructor resources and partner with stakeholders and learning team colleagues to maintain up,to,date content and support adherence to best practices for quality deliverables, Facilitate and produce live and digital learning across multiple time zones., Leverage social connect technology for the creation and management of cohort,based learning programs, Keep abreast of emerging learning best practices and industry trends and sharing with the team.Qualifications:, 7,15 years work experience in a learning and development capacity with a focus on leadership development program design, development and delivery, Professional Services knowledge preferred;, Demonstrated excellence in learning program and project management skills, from strategy through to evaluation, Expert understanding of learning and expertise development theory and methodology;, Excellent team management, people development and performance assessment skills;, Strong analytical and problem,solving skills;, Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and work with highly sensitive data and information;, Strong executive level facilitation and collaboration with clients, colleagues and managers to ensure needed business outcomes., Self,directed with strong communication skills;, Excellent organizational skills and an ability to multi,task across concurrent projects and attention to detail;, Strong analytic skills,comfort with data analysis;, Ability to establish relationships across levels and across geographies.
