The position is based out of our Pune office. The position will report to the Finance Manager , Controllership and will be involved in, or directly responsible for several general accounting and tax related activities., Primary responsibility requires ownership for the reporting and regulatory compliance for the company., Regulatory responsibilities are to ensure that the following are filed in a correct and timely basis working with outside professionals as necessary.Person will be responsible for : , Month end close process, working closely with GL and AP shared services team, Preparation and review of Internal Management reports with executive commentary for group reporting, Revenue and Cost Review at office, entity and region level, Point of contact for getting various audits concluded , External, Internal, Tax and TP audits, Other internal reporting,accounting matters done in a timely manner., Treasury and fund management, Intercompany transaction reviews and compliances related to group company transactions, Accounts Payable review; Other Ad hoc vendor management activities, Participate in Global Accounting guideline review and update process, Work collaboratively and lead adhoc local or global projects, assigned from time to timeAll entity and office level compliances from finance perspective, including below but not limited to :, STPI and SEZ compliances(tax,exempt status related reporting), RBI and FEMA (annual, foreign exchange reporting,management), Customs and Excise Register maintenance, GST compliances, Provident Fund reporting and other labour law related matters., Corporate Laws and ROC compliance, Corporate Income Tax including TDS and Transfer Pricing RegulationsThis position would report to India Accounting Head in Pune.Qualifications :, CA; with strong academic background., Accountant with at least 6,10 years, experience in a professional accounting capacity. , Experience in professional services and multi,branch,multi,currency and STPI,SEZ environment would be a strong plus.
