Position description:The director of organizational development position is responsible for managing and supporting the assessment of organizational needs and the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs that facilitate the professional development and continuous learning of team membersPrimary Responsibilities:, Plan and direct the execution of OD initiatives related to Performance Management, Compensation, Rewards & Recognition, Employee Engagement, etc., Work with executive and functional leadership to design OD initiatives that address organizational and functional priorities, Create and continually optimize functional structures to help ZoomRx scale up from a team size of 300 to 1000, Develop initiatives to drive cultural awareness and alignment amidst all team members, Build an OD team that is data,driven; continuously track and improve OD operations, Serve as the subject matter expert in OD Risk management, employment laws, and regulatory requirementsRequired Skills:, At least 10,12 years of progressive HR Business Partner or Consulting experience. , Experience of working in a company with 200 or more people., Masters degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Management, Organization Development, or related field, preferably from Premier B School.
