Job Description

1. Discuss & define the company's growth plan for Amigo2. Responsible for coordinating and executing the growth plan laid out. This means working with the marketing team, customer experience team as well as the product development team to make this happen., Uncover creative, non,traditional, and cost,effective new methods of acquiring Amigos (like partnerships, etc), Develop and implement effective sales and on ground marketing strategies, Undertake consumer research to identify user needs and current friction points and come up with ideas to resolve them, Create referral program to trigger growth, Lead sales team members to achieve sales targets and manage their daily operations, Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements, Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts, Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs, Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency, Work closely with product and performance marketing teams to optimize the top of the funnel3. Responsible for optimizing the revenue funnel [Amigo acquisition & retention, Customer growth and upsell]Backgrounds:, Minimum 4+ years of experience after MBA in B2C or C2C, In depth knowledge of managing a high,performance sales team, Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills, Customer oriented with strong negotiation skills, Analytical and data driven problem solver
