About the Profile :, The Retention and wallet share growth will focus on , 1)Leading retention of existing customer cohorts2) Grow wallet share from these Cohorts3) Lead analytics for user growth and retention, He,She will lead a team of Managers, will help set the vision for the team in line with Business goals for Growth, This person will lead the marketing analytics team and would be responsible for partnering with internal and external stakeholders like top management, technology leads, data scientists to drive strategies and effective decision making for the organization by leveraging predictive analytics and advanced statistical techniquesJob Description :, This leader will need to demonstrate a strong strategic mindset to drive meaningful initiatives on Retention and Wallet share growth, whilst also maintaining a hands,on approach to ensure timely execution, This leader will need to be a strong communicator and planner, having a disciplined approach and commitment to creating transparency of business performance across levels, the comfort and ability to interact across levels and drive outcomes with influence (and not direct authority in most cases)., Develop Statistical Models and Frameworks to provide Solutions to Business Problems, Lead Data analytics & Retention team dedicated to improving growth, engagement, retention, monetization across line of businesses , cars, bikes, Cycles, Subscription services, Strong aptitude along with good understanding of the ecommerce, retail, consumer marketing, Create Digital Annual Operating plan , Demand forecasting, traffic modelling etc., Work closely with Customer ops, Product and Data Science team to implement decisions that would help in increasing the revenue from retention channel, Prior experience in micro segmentation, increasing SOW of users, repeat frequency, loyalty programs is a must, Measure the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns & strategies and thus calculating Return on Investment., Creating strategy around increasing revenue from existing base by segmentation of users and other growth hacks, Expertise in channel attribution modelling, knowledge of attribution tools like Appsflyer will be useful, Expertise in CRM tools , Moengage, Clevertap,, Experian,, Lead CRM efforts , Email & Push notifications and revenue maximization from CRM channelsRequired Skill Set :, Knowledge of SQL , R and other analytical tools is a plus, Systematic problem solving and first principle thinking, Experience in Data Science and Analytics execution., Hands on experience in gathering, hygiene, and analysis of data resulting in actionable insights., Knowledge of Regression, GLMs, survival modeling, forecasting, machine learning, decision trees etc., Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, MBA or related quantitative fields from a top tier institute., Proven results driver with 12+years of experience.
