Job Description

We are resetting the brand narrative for Zoomcar and are working on this for the many new international markets apart from India. As we do this, we will need leaders who can take us forward with BTL, Digital, ATL campaigns and a fun brand narrative. The Brand team would be responsible for all Brand Communications to both Hosts and Renters. As the Brand Head, you will be acting as the custodian of the brand will be responsible creating marketing and communication strategy for the brand. As the Head of Brand Marketing, you should have in,depth marketing experience. You will work closely with different teams including the Head of Renter Growth and Head of Marketplace growth to ensure consistency through all marketing platforms. You should also provide forward,thinking ideas to build and maintain a strong company online offline presence.Responsibilities : , Responsible for Global Brand Management and Category Planning for product categories ( Host & Renter)., Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights, Create and implement brand Marketing strategies for renter and Host cohorts., Strong understanding of Social Media tools, Measure and report performance of all Brand campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs., Develop strong understanding of customer behaviour and expectations in the category , Drive the direct marketing initiatives and have handled budgets more than 10cr , A go getter while managing the Agencies at a cost effective manner. , ATL, BTL activities, devise innovative growth strategies., Translate brand elements into plans and go,to,market strategies., An ability to think strategically and come up with campaigns., Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.Desired Skills and Experience :, Marketing, Brand Management, Go To Market, Campaign Management, Online Marketing, Social Media, BTL, ATL.
