These include short, and long,term objectives, customer metrics and overall performance. Develop reports and reporting formats., Manage end,to,end performance marketing across the customer lifecycle (acquisition, activation retention, revenue, and referral), You have experience working with multiple marketing functions such as brand and content, and can connect the dots between programs to create full,funnel marketing campaigns. , Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns , Cross,function for smooth customer experience with different functions such as Operations, Tech, Finance and others.Must Haves:, Prior experience of working in a fast,paced environment in the area of Growth strategy, Business process improvement, and Strategic cost reduction , At least 3 years of experience in the similar domain , Can challenge the conventional way of working , Is collaborative thinker focused on the best solutions
