Job Description

Key responsibilities:, Manage & drive regional marketing efforts to increase our revenue via various initiatives, Work closely with the regional marketing team & the central marketing to drive CRM, partnerships, ATL,BTL for the region (online & offline), This person would be responsible to drive product adoption via various channels & strategies in the region, The role will be highly creative in nature and will require unconventional approaches to building awareness and engaging the regional customer base, Undertake consumer research to identify user needs and current friction points and come up with ideas to resolve them, Define & execute the growth plan for Amigo along with the regional Amigo supply team, Develop & implement effective sales and on ground marketing strategies, uncover creative, non,traditional, and cost,effective new methods of acquiring Amigos, Create weekly,monthly plans & forecast and execute them, Lead sales team members to achieve sales targets and manage their daily operations as well as monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements, Work closely with product and performance marketing teams to optimize the top of the funnel for Amigo as well as the self,drive businessBackground & experience preferred , , Minimum 4+ years of experience after MBA in B2C or C2C companies in growth role, In depth knowledge of managing a high,performance growth teams, Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills, Customer oriented with strong negotiation skills, Analytical and data driven problem solver, Solid sales knack of driving sales in the region and has a strong contact base of agencies and personal contacts to drive partnerships, BTL & on ground activations
