Responsibilities:, Create, monitor and optimise performance campaigns on FB,Instagram for India and International Markets, Leverage facebook ecosystem for acquisition,retention and engagement to maximise ROI, Leverage FB targeting option to identify best performing audience cohorts, Own complete operations on FB from campaign creation to reporting., Co,ordinate with creative, content, tech and finance team to create 360 campaigns, Clear understanding of CPA, CPI, CTR, CPM, CPC and other funnel metrics, Strong understanding of the Interests & behavioural targeting, Custom audience, Re marketing and various pricing and reach models on Facebook , Leverage market research and audience insights to think creatively about segmenting, targeting, and reaching potential customers with the appropriate channels and messages, and ensure creative validation through testing, Gathering insights into campaigns and consumer behavior and implementing the learnings, Campaigns creation and end,to,end execution , TG, Ads, Copywriting, number crunching., Aware of Facebook's latest set of best practices & guidelines announced by Facebook for better ad results. Should be a smart thinker who knows what and how to play with for better results within the realm of FB's acceptable optimizations., Have in , depth knowledge of Facebook ads platform and be a hands , on marketer having large scale campaigns for e , commerce vertical including A , B testing ads, Suggesting product tweaks and integrations that can drive hyper viral growth.Requirements:, Experience in app installation and engagement campaigns, Knowledge of Appsflyer, Facebook Business Manager , Power Editor and CRM tools, Expertise in FB marketing, Hands on excel experience, Experience on App marketing and display marketing, Handle performance facebook campaigns in hyper growth ecommerce and internet companies for at least 2 years
