Job Description

This role will be a part of Business Team wherein the incumbent would be required to increase top line by engaging approaches pertaining to demand management, pricing controls, platform usability and customer segment analysis.Key Learnings in this role:, Entrepreneurial mind,set to keep doing new things every time, Working in cross,functional environments including working closely with Product, Tech, Supply, Marketing, Finance, Operations, etc., Complex problem,solving skills using out of the box ideasSkills you will bring to the table:1. P&L Management and Driving Growth:a. Define & drive the short term and long,term growth agenda of the business while influencing various cross functional teamsb. Business forecasting and driving channel,specific deliverables to achieve overall P&L goalsc. Tactically manage active revenue levers to achieve the daily margin, conversion, and transaction goalsd. Tracking performance parameters and keep a tight control on business KPI numberse. Follow a stringent action plan and collaborate with the product team to increase platform conversionf. Collaborate with operations team to devise and ensure smooth processesg. Drive revenue delivery and loss prevention, working with operations, risk, and finance functions2. Data Analysis and Reporting:a. Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis integrating various reporting components from multiple data sourcesb. Proactively analyse data using statistical methods to answer key problem statementsc. Self,initiated curiosity with an eye for what drives business performance, investigating and communicating areas for improvement in efficiency and productivityTools that will be used:, SQL and Excel, TableauRelevant Experience:a. 3,5 years of relevant prior experience of working in an online business,platform ecosystem as a Business,Category Managerb. Strong analytics background: exposure to analytics tools will be ad added advantagePersonality:a. Good understanding of the product category, market, and growth opportunities to implement strategic and targeted action plans to achieve goalsb. Strong communication skills, Influencing skills, great interpersonal & stakeholder management skillsc. High on energy, team player coupled with a great attitude
