Assistant Manager , Customer Retention for ZoomcarResponsibilities :, To work on retention, re,activation and engagement growth, To work closely with category teams to improve retention & engagement metrics, Understand the consumer lifecycle based on usage and create new avenues for customers to repeat, Reduce customer churn across all categories, Handle marketing automation campaigns and be the POC for the Marketing team for CRM related activitiesExperience :, 2 to 5 years of experience in retention, Working knowledge of CRM automation tools like Clevertap, Mixpanel, Webengage, MoEngage etc, Excellent problem solving skills and analytical thinking, Comfortable with handling large amount of data, Prior eComm experience will be a major plus Interested candidates.
