We are in the process of sourcing a Zonal Sales Manager , North for the a leading personal care brand. About the Company:The organisation is a leading manufacturer and distributor of personal care products in the "Face and Body" categories. Being a 22 year old company, it has built a strong brand name in the industry and gained trust of millions of consumers. The brand is currently amongst the Top 3 in the Indian bleach and facial kit market and has a pan India presence. The company sells its products through two key channels , retail and parlors, salons. Position: Zonal Sales Manager (Territory will include Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Greater Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh).Reporting to , National Sales ManagerReported By , Regional Sales Manager's & Area Sales Manager'sLocation , Gurgaon, Corporate office. Job Responsibilities: , Exploring Business Development opportunities and making strategies to secure business growth through increasing products sales, market expansion both in terms of geography and volume, expanding products range, etc., Will be overall responsible for profitability of the Region and its growth., Ensuring Planning and executing new initiatives and strategies for expanding products market and growth and enhancing distribution width and depth., Budgeting and goals,targets setting along with full Regional P & L responsibility., Making strategy and its implementation to increase the profitability of the Company business. , Strong in Client relationship management., Strengthening existing dealer and distribution network and its augmentation., Suggesting pricing structure on the basis of market inputs, including analyzing market intelligence on competition, trade, customer expectations, product features, etc and making the strategy., Strategizing and continuous working towards brand building., Monitoring region,wise and product,wise sales, analyzing results and making strategies., Building a competent, cost effective, efficient and result oriented working system., Keeping track of Market and Competitor trends of products in terms of demands, new products, pricing, etc.Sanjay SharmaSr. Manager Resourcing AKNA Management Solutions Pvt.
