The job requires to handle team of ASMs,Area Heads and should have great expertise in Channel Sales (Open market as well as in,house) & managing Branch relationship to conduct daily Lead flow and drive sales productivity for credit card sourcing.Job Description :, Build a strong distribution network for credit cards for achieving greater market reach and penetration , Forging alliances and working out agreements with tactical channel partners to acquire customer, Formulate business plan and performance management structure for channel partners, including development and execution of joint sales plan, ZSM & his Team to touch base with CAT,A & CAT,B Types of corporates to ensure daily sales activities to grow Credit card business. , Chart out the Product, Channel mix to achieve business volumes with controlled cost of acquisition, Ensure Policy,process and compliance adherence and documentation, Ensure highest levels of team camaraderie and motivate, train & mentor sales team for delivery of expected performance , Must have excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.
