Job Description

ZONAL SALES MANAGER , ZSM, 15+ years of experience in in Used Car auto finance, New Car auto finance, Primary Role : Will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in all aspects of Sales and Marketing, in the assigned Zone to achieve the business objectives and set business targets.Responsibilities :Sales Objectives :, Drive and Effectively implement major key initiatives at zonal level in the areas of Dealership Development and Management, Identify the critical issues of the Zone affecting sales & take remedial action, escalate wherever needed, Identify gaps in the regular working of BMs, Regional Managers, Sales support staff and remedy the situation without allowing it to damage the business, Co,ordinate with Sales Head, NSMs for preparing annual budget and business plan for the zone, Ensure the set targets are achieved and manage healthy pipeline of BusinessPeople & Process Management:, Ensure timely recruitment and retention of right quality people, Achieve clarity on roles & responsibilities and impart training for all field managers, sales team by regularly interacting with HO, Regularly audit the market, work done by all field employees; assess and give guidance to improve market working, Identify poorly performing field employees and take suitable remedial actions, Be an expert on Mobile Applications, Processes, Policies and Business Module (MPPB), Collect timely feedback on improvements required in MPPB, Collaborate with HO to get the improvements incorporated in the MPPBMarket Connect, Governance & Compliance :, Engage with the Top Dealers, DSAs & Lenders in the Zone, Carry out intensive field visits and interact with employees, dealers, lenders and end users, Collect feedback on all aspects of the business including Kuwy Application quality, Service quality, Process adherence, TAT adherence, Identify success stories and replicate in other parts of the zone., Make Annual and Quarterly plan for market development activities in alignment with Organizational Goals, Review process and reports which reflects the role and responsibilities of each employee, Periodically participate in BM review process (MRM) and improve quality of the process, Exception cases should be well reviewed and reported to HO
