Acquisition of HNI,UHI Partnerships , Referral Partners (Large CAs, MDRTs, Real Estate Brokers), IFAs, Institutions, Family Offices.2. Grow the Assets under Advice for the zone3. Drive Revenue TargetsKey Responsibilities: 1. To acquire, develop and manage relationship with Partners who manage or can refer HNI,UHNI clients in their respective Region,Zone as per the business plan. The RH,ZH is expected to lead from the front by personally acquiring and managing large relationships.1. To build a quality team with relevant expertise, experience and connect in their respective markets as per approved headcount.2. To meet the revenue and AUM targets by maintaining a healthy mix of Referral partners, IFAs and small,large institutions as Wealth Partners.3. To work closely with the Private Wealth team in acquiring,servicing Referral Partners who can refer HNI clients to be managed by the Private Wealth Advisors.4. To work closely with the IFAs,Institutions and ensure end to end fulfillment of the transactions.5. To maintain a healthy product mix between third party and in house products to maximize the revenue.6. To ensure that all Partners are trained on the wealth partner,client platform and all the focus products through training sessions.7. To organize Wealth Partner meets at least on a monthly basis.8. To drive the R&R program every month with all the partners maintaining high levels of engagement and wallet share.9. To ensure proper service and query resolution to the partners and their clients through the service team.10. To maintain highest level of compliance and process adherence across the region,zone.11.
