The incumbent will be accountable for sales strategy and revenue growth of the company, Complete ownership of P&L in the organization with a razor,sharp focus on increasing distribution and market share, You will head and coach the Sales Team to form an efficient and effective team that is perfectly cooperating with all internal and external partners, Lead the team in creating the business growth map for the region, focusing on critical levers such as Planning, Distribution, Execution and Quality, Lead the Sales Team and establish distribution and merchandising activities in line with Business Plan, Required to grow the business at an exponential pace with expansion into new geographies, Strategic tie ups with allied products, Develop right Go to the market and product strategies with the Marketing department, Close coordination with Finance, HR, Marketing and MIS to build and define SOPs for new business strategies, MBA preferred, candidates from Across FMCG,Telecom,Insurance industries, Good communication and presentation skills, problem solving skills, adaptability, team player, Technical knowledge, 12 years of experience, must have worked in more than 2 regions in his career, Must have experience of the strategic planning, business plan delivery and full P&L in current , previous positions, Strong leadership skills which includes people management skills to drive a large sales system, Competencies: Highly Motivated, Enthusiastic and showcases passion for growth
