At present, We are having an urgent opening for ZONAL SALES MANAGER , SOUTH for a REPUTED PHARMA MNC Co for their BABY CARE division based at BANGALORE location., The position is for personal care division and the main product is among top 3 in baby products in India, The company is an Indian multinational pharmaceutical and biotechnology company based in Mumbai, We are looking for the ZSM South,based out in Bangalore for General Trade.Job Description :1. He should be from FMCG , STARTUP Background only WITH CORE INNOVATIVE IDEAS in setting up a division2. Should have Knowledge of South India periphery (Karnataka, Kerala, AP, Tamil Nadu)3. Reporting Structure: On Rolls of company,20 (2 ASM, 8 TSM, Individual Managers)Functional Competencies :, Will be Fore fronting entire gamut of sales and marketing operations in the assigned territory., Conducting market research to track latest trends & competitors move & devising counteraction for the same., Developing multilevel contacts with Dealers, wholesalers and end consumers., Overseeing activities of the Area Sales Managers and guiding them with laid benchmarks., Making budgetary forecasting and its control in the region., Design and monitor individual and team sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, Develop and maintain the sales and marketing business plan., Responsible for the promotional budget for the brands at the retail level. Innovative conceptualizing & utilization of local sales promotional & merchandising activities, monthly schemes at the point of sale for achieving sales target and brand awareness., Lead, Motivate, Guide & Mentor Team members to drive organization's Sales Targets, conduct Monthly Review Meetings to understand the progress, plan & mitigate prevailing issues, Go Getter, Target Oriented & Excellent Communication Skills and good Interpersonal Skills
