Job Description

Will be mainly responsible for :, Talent acquisition and manpower planning, Vendor Management, Employee Relations, HR Business Partner, HR Compliance, People Management , Business Partnering and HR Operations for entire Bihar , Handling end to end HR services for the business vertical., Leading a Team of HRBP's , Providing HR Services for the above territories, Including (but not limited to) HR Activities like Manpower Planning, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Exit Management, Attrition Control and Retention, Succession Planning, HR Operations and MIS, Disciplinary Activities., Managing & Driving End to end HR operational initiatives like Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, R&R, PMS, Attendance & payroll, Comp & Ben, Statutory Compliance & Disciplinary, Grievance management, Responsible in driving L&D initiates locally & design skill gap training basing on the feedback of the, Responsible in providing advice and counsel on multiple initiatives, maximizing all HR programs, and recommending solutions to the operational challenges,Conflicts., Promoting to manage daily business operations, performance, strategy for smooth flow of business., Reviewing periodically various initiatives and any necessary one,on,one coaching, corrective actions, thus ensuring achieving the set goals., Driving the Implementation of company policies and ensuring adherence of the same with the zone.
