CHANNEL SALES SPECIALISTS NEED ONLY APPLY , COURIER , LOGISTICS INDUSTRYJob Summary: The person will lead Channel Management department in driving the business objectives of CLIENT. The person playing this role will serve as a key member of the leadership team within CLIENT and will lead the development and implementation of channel strategies consistent with the long,term business objectives of CLIENT. Person will be responsible for maintaining and building strong, disciplined and quality branded Channel Partners across his designated area and will drive Channel Business Development in line with CLIENT Corporate Strategies with a focus on achieving the desired results, across all Product groups. Person will be responsible for execution of GTM (go to market) strategy, channel related marketing, communication and overall channel partner development. Essential Responsibilities: Strategy & Execution: , Developing the Budget for Channel Sales and driving the sales & collection target achievements. , Orient channel strategies and tactics towards differentiated value propositions commensurate with higher margins and better customer retention amongst channel partners , Implementing all company policies for the Channel Partner Network ensuring corporate compliances and driving corporate policies for the Channel Department. , Focus on maintaining close strategic association with channel partners Collaboration: , Partnering with Operations to ensure 100% connection of Channel Partners pickups for all products of CLIENT and for all his clients , Creating win,win relationship with channel partners. , Continuous Training of the Channel Partners and their employees in conjunction with the Learning and Development Department and up skilling them , Partnering with all support departments including IT, Accounts & Finance, and Operations as well as senior management resources, in order to meet channel partner performance objectives and channel partners' business expectations. Marketing and Communication: , Actively participate in the new product development process by discovering unmet market needs to create differentiated solutions which would help Channel Partners grow their business , Management of the CLIENT brand with Channel Partners including setting and implementing the parameterized guidelines for the internal and external branding of all channel partner premises as well as usage of branded T,shirts, Bags, ID Cards, etc., for their Pick,up Staff. , Consistent and effective communication to keep the Channel Partners abreast of the latest developments and activities in the Network including the periodic roll,out of new policies and procedures. In this regard partnering with corporate to create impactful specific marketing materials for channel partners focused on differentiated value creation propositions. Administrative: , Driving expansion of CLIENT Channel Network by appointing new channel partners, replacing channel partners and introducing new concepts, products or initiatives with existing channel partners in line with business growth and service enhancement objectives with a clear focus on enhanced brand visibility. , Periodic review of the Channel Partner & Team to measure the progress in meeting the objectives of business growth and service performance IT Skills: , Tech Savvy with an understanding of IT enablement services. , Proficient in MS Office suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel Analytical and soft skills: , Ability to analyze diverse data related to sales and service performance of channel partners and to derive actionable strategies based on the analysis. , Working knowledge of financials such as cost, cost margins and bottom line. , Strong written, communication & public presentation skills. Experience: The ideal prospect should have preferably 15 years of experience in an organization with a large distribution footprint with 5 years of experience in channel sales. The individual should also have experience in nurturing Team channels, sales, marketing and customer service. Individuals from the under mentioned industries will be preferred. , Preferably from the Logistics & Supply Chain, FMCG industry, E,Com, Any Startup , Telecom, Pharma & other industry may also be considered. Qualification: , MBA from a Reputed Management Institute with a Specialization in Marketing or Business Development would be preferred
