We are currently retained by a leading university to find Zonal Lead,(West,South Outreach) for them.This role needs you to have a solid network with schools and colleges either in the West or South to be able to pitch the university programs to the students. This is a strategic role that requires you to design and lead outreach strategies for multiple regions. The role would definitely take your career to the next level with one of the pioneering universities in India. Before you hit the apply button, please note this role needs you to be an MBA from a good B School followed by experience with an education company working with schools and colleges.Location: Mumbai,BangaloreKey Responsibilities:, Leading and Managing annual business plans for the Outreach team, Responsible for achieving outreach targets for the assigned region, Design and implementation of outreach strategies to maximize reach to target audience for UG,PG programs, Analysing regional,national data analytics to identify trend, best practices and growth strategies, Recruit, lead and manage a team of regional, territory managers, Define and monitor KPIs for the team, Efficient implementation of operational initiatives such as principals, meets, press briefings, open houses, participation in career fairs etc. with a view to maximize reach to target audience, Developing and executing online digital campaigns to maximize reach to target audience, Working with designers and vendors for development and production of marketing collaterals, Nurturing and managing existing and prospective relationships with school administrators, counsellors and third parties, business associates to set up interactions with students and parents of target groupTo fit this role you must have:, Min 5 years of experience in business development and developing marketing strategies in the education sector with focus on schools,colleges, Strong written and verbal communication skills, Excellent relationship building skills and team handling abilities, Strong network of clients (schools, colleges) in the West,South region, Great problem solving skills and out of the box thinking, The role would require frequent travel so anyone looking for a limited travelling role please rethink., Please note the role needs someone who is passionate in bringing about a change in the education system in India and wants to be in the education sector.If interested, please do send us a detailed cover note to evaluate your fitment to the role along with your passion about joining a university, your network in the schools in West region, why you feel you could bring relevant experience and your current and expected CTC.
