The company has significant growth plans and a vision to reach each and every contractor site and meet the service level of getting what they need at the location they need.Company has exciting plans to increase reach and product range comprising of Ladders, Scaffolds, Lifting machines, site management and power and breaking tool.Purpose of the job (brief summary):Looking for a Data Driven analysing skills, Quick learner and a People person., Managing Zonal Business Managers on their KPI's, identifying difference between goals and achievements of Zonal business managers and filling the gap through strategies, cultivating solid relationships with all BM's to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue, No. of Qualified leads and acquired customers monthly, Analyse Region performance and do target oriented discussions with Business Managers to meet Sales Objectives. Coach Business Managers and their team on regular basis on new sales techniques and new methods to overcome issues which might have proven useful in other zones.Key Tasks,Responsibilities:, Recruit, hire, and train sales team, Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed, Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them, Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members, Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts, Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members, Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment, Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as neededExperience & Education:, MBA degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, 5 years of experience in Sales Management, Strong oral and written communication skills, Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas, Excellent leadership skills, Experience setting sales goals, Results,oriented with strong analytical skills, Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices
