He,She will assist the RMs in acquiring NTBs as per bank policy and cross sell of other bank products apart from brining in aggressive growth in the portfolio and maintaining the hygiene of the book.Specific Roles and Responsibilities:, Well versed with credit for note preparing and proposing & getting the case sanctioned from risk, Must be thorough with disbursement process ( legal , valuation, etc. ) ,, To facilitate RMs, SRMs acquire new clients, To deepen share of wallet for the acquired portfolio,, Should have the ability and past experience of putting the case in front of committee for sanction,, Should have knowledge of the local market where he , she knows the leading Food & Agri Mid Corporate Clients,, Ability to structure the facilities as per the client and bank's need. , Education and Work Experience Requirements:EDUCATION :Essential requirement: Post GraduatePreferred: C A , MBAWORK EXPERIENCE:Essential requirement: Minimum 10,12 years in Food & Agri Mid corporate bankingPreferred: 3 to 5 years work experience in handling corporate Agri customersSpecific requirements:, Team management skills, strong networking and negotiation skills , Knowledge of the domain & of finance (Understanding of audited financials, legal and technical issues), Multi,tasking with crisis management capabilities , Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlinesDesired Behavioral , Functional Traits:A] Behavioral Traits (Examples):, Customer Responsiveness, Energetic, Self DrivenB] Functional Traits:(Examples):, Process Management, Excellent communication skills , Interpersonal skills, Analytical skills
