About the Role , Responsibilities:, Hiring for roles in, Business Development, (RTMI, Distribution, Co,living, Student Housing) & Customer Experience(Customer Delight, Demand, Field Ops, Inside Sales, Student Housing), Finance, Legal, Business Intelligence, Supply Chain, F&B, Product, CEO's Office, Marketing), Stakeholder Management , Working with different hiring managers so as to understand the business requirements and deliver on the set date,deadlines & Quality, Process Improvement , Continuous improvement of TA Processes, Process Adherence , Responsible for Process Adherence of Tools(Freshteam, HROne), Feedbacks, Debrief, Campus Relations , Managing Tier 1, 2 & 3 colleges(Hiring for MTs, BLP, Trainee, Interns), Responsible to map tier 2 & tier 3 colleges and prepare a list of such colleges where we could hire FTEs,Trainee,Interns as per our requirements, IJP & Referral Program , Managing Employee Referrals and inputs to Payroll team and IJP Process for internal hire,, Candidate Experience , Taking care of candidates experience to improve hiring process, candidate relationship, TA Reporting
