Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :, An Engagement Human Resources is responsible to take strategic approach towards employee engagement and internal communications, helping the organization to share and develop its objectives with the workforce using a range of innovative tools and techniques. To play a vital role in engaging the people who work for Ziploan as we explore how we work together in new ways by designing and implementing dynamic internal campaigns that embed and develop our culture., To design and deliver the workforce engagement strategy in conjunction with HRBP, monitoring and evaluating as appropriate, Customizes and facilitates workshops, programs, and interventionsto address organizational,departmental needs., Conducts design and development work in programs such as the Employee Rewards and Recognition programs and leadership development series., Evaluates the effectiveness of various programs(e.g., Rewards and Recognition,training programs& learning platforms), Designs and implements needs analysis planning efforts; interprets data from needs analysisin orderto make recommendations for changes in processes and offerings., Designs, plans, coordinates and participates in the development and delivery of mandatory and professional training course offerings and modifies existing offeringsto improve alignmentwith organizational and talent needs., Continually reviews and updates course offerings to ensure currentrelevancy and quality., Designs, updates and conducts onboarding processesfornewly hired employees., Works with managers and otherCity employeesto design, plan, coordinate and implement employee and teameffectiveness strategies, Distributes information within the organization regarding recognition, awards, developmental opportunities and other special programs., Consults with departments to develop programs and provide information designed to enhance employee engagement,team building foundations and cultural change initiatives., Designs processes and programs to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency., Participates in conferences in order to provide continuous improvement of organizational offerings and to network with fellow professionals in other organizationsRequired Candidate profile:, 2 to 7 years of work experience, Graduate or MBA degree in Human Resources, A peoples person with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, Strong verbal as well as non,verbal communication skills, Problem Solving skill & Self motivated, Go getter attitude and flexible to mold as per industry
