Designation: Engagement ManagerEducational Background: B.Tech + MBA Relevant Work Experience : 7 years at leastRole & Responsibilities:, Own, manage and contribute to multiple consulting assignments through project conceptualization and delivery plan, Manage client relations and build business pipeline, nurture and grow new clients, Create market opportunities for business development for Zinnov through networking, innovative means and working on building proposals, Manage manpower allocation optimally utilizing existing skills and competencies, team engagement and project budget and cost, Mentor and guide by managing project teams aspirations, needs and expectations and help them grow and deliver quality projects, Display a capability of managing larger responsibilities in the organization and identifying totally with its values, Should be willing to face challenges, take risks and be creative in finding solutions and take decisions evaluating their implications in the long term, Manage the career aspirations and personal growth of reporting team members, Facilitate frequent interaction amongst direct reports and their respective teams by being more approachable and empathetic, Constantly keep updating knowledge base in areas that are relevant to business and also ensure that the teams below go through training as and when necessary, Meet delivery targets every quarterRequired Skills:, Expertise required in projects dealing with parts of the go,to,market (GTM) problems for multiple Indian , Global clients (channel strategy, market sizing , estimation, consumer behavior etc.), Demonstrated ability in interacting with leading government agencies CII, NASSCOM, IBEF and different Ministries, Good understanding of business and operating market, Experience and rigor in consulting and research methodologies and frameworks, Ability in managing multiple projects simultaneously, Participate in organizational activities and initiatives (hiring, process improvement, knowledge management etc.)Behavioral Traits:, Influencing and Relationship building skills, People Management and Leadership skills, Ability to chase a revenue and receivable target, Positive attitude, solution seeking approach, Excellent communication and presentation skills, Emotionally mature to take appropriate decisions from time to time, Ability to align self goals with organizational goals, Perceptive, far,sighted and capable of identifying with the organization
