Job Description: Analyst Consultant Location: Bangalore , PuneResponsibilitiesAs a HR Analytics Consultant, you are expected to own, manage, and present talent acquisition data to internal and external stakeholders. This role requires you to have:, 3+ years of experience in HR analytics focused on talent acquisition , implementing, managing, and integrating data analytics and visualization tools., 3,5 years of experience using PowerBI, Tableau (or other BI tool), designing and developing on,demand reports., Determine what data should be selected and evaluated to address and track various business issues., Determine the gap and provide actionable insights to through reports., Consult with functional teams on the selection, application, and implementation of metrics., Proactively apply analytical and research skills to monitor trends and elevate issues., Design insightful, user,friendly reports and dashboards ., Advanced knowledge and proficiency of end to end ownership of the report development lifecycle., Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn quickly through instruction and self,training., Attention to detail and organizational skills with a high level of accuracy, Take ownership of and ensure integrity of HRIS data troubleshoot irregularities, correct discrepancies, and ensure compliance., Self,starter, the ability to work with minimum direction and in a fast,paced environment., Provide HR reporting support including research, analysis of business requests, problem solving, issue tracking, and resolution., Design, support, and coordinate the development of business relevant analytics and processes., Manage confidentiality of data by following established security,confidentiality standards., Translate requirements into effective and impactful dashboards and reports that enable information sharing across the clients., Provide reporting support on ad hoc projects or requests., Ability to work on multiple tasks, perform under pressure and defined timelines, Ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization and to develop strong client relationshipsQualifications, Graduation with a technical degree is mandatory., 6,8 years of extensive years of in HR reporting, specific experience on talent acquisition reporting will be preferred., Track record of successfully delivering against assigned goals within a given deadline and flawlessly executing in a very fast,paced environment, Excellent Communication & Collaboration skills
