Job Description

Job Role: Senior Manager , HR Operations, Systems & AnalyticsKey Responsibilities :1. Responsible for supporting HR Systems & Platforms lead on all the technology implementations, ensuring systems continuous improvement and governance models are in place across the employee lifecycle.2. Responsible for managing, directing, controlling and ensuring a smooth process of the Company's payroll, employee benefits and the payroll operations as per the defined SLA.3. Partner with cross functional SMEs to drive the integration of the core HRMS with a portfolio of HR applications across all functional areas including, but not limited to, Compensation Management, Performance Management and ESOP Management.4. Collaborate with HRBPs and COE's to identify key business,operational challenges and formulate a data driven strategy to influence a change in operational processes and promote system advocacy and adoption.5. Drive the analysis, create business,system requirements documentation, success metrics, and direct the process optimisation for current and future usage of HR related systems.6. Provide leadership and guidance to team members to manage HR operations deliverables (Onboarding, Induction, BGV and Exits) and flow of day,to,day operations.7. Proactively leads a team to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline information and processes, improve accuracy, and strengthen controls.8. Drive culture of innovation, simplification and continuous improvement through testing policy mechanisms, best practice and policy implementation.Key Skills & Requirements :1. At,least 06 years of Post MBA work experience in HR Operations, Systems and Analytics.2. Excellent analytical skills, self,driven, flexible and able to multitask.3. Excellent working experience in MS,Excel, MS,Word and HR ERP Platforms4. Excellent organizational skills with a strong ability to multitask in a fast,paced environment.5. Deep understanding of HR processes and metrics across the employee lifecycle.6. Demonstrated ability to maintain the highest degree of security and confidentiality of information.
