It's Zetwerk.About the role:The role requires the individual to work with brands in the area of business development and relationship management in the consumer goods space: TV, Audio, Wearables. The candidate will work on both existing and new deals with a goal of creating, maintaining and improving relationships with top tier brands. She will interface closely with the business and finance teams to achieve the monetization targets. This role requires strong empathy and communications skills to excel in the role.Responsibilities:, Own and deliver the sales targets for the business, Create a strong pipeline of Brands to pitch for Zetwerk's solutions and win accounts, Create monthly, quarterly and yearly plans against targets and monitor these for actuals. Problem solve for any gaps in target vs plan, Partner with internal teams like finance, operations to execute all the deals., Ensure Brands are provided with regular reports and insights and help them make the right business decision, Manage the entire sales cycle: Deal identification , Pitch , Negotiations , Closure , Payments , Reporting & auditory requirementsBasic Qualifications:, 5,7 yrs work experience with 3+ yrs of B2C or channel management experience, MBA in sales,marketing from a reputed university, Has a background in account management,sales & ability to drive revenue outcomes & influence without authority, Strong analytical, mediation and problem resolution skills., Demonstrated leadership with a bias towards action, supporting a culture of ownership and learning., Skilled in a collaborative management environment, succeeding through regular meetings and clear formal and informal communication with members of the remote and local management teams., Excellent written and oral communication skills
