We're looking for an experienced Training and Development Manager to devise our organisational training framework, build training strategies, ensure smooth implementation and access training outcomes through robust assessments. To be successful in this role, you should have:1. Solid experience organizing training and designing the educational curriculum, strong leadership and people management skills, cross,functional coordination and the ability to enhance skills, performance, productivity, quality and brand loyalty and drive excellent user experience , one conversation at a time.What you'll do :1.Develop, design and deliver onboarding and ongoing trainings to internal and external teams throughout the employee journey and establish a culture of continuous learning2.Help identify and scale up LMS and automations to make trainings easily deliverable and accessible to a widespread audience3.Managing learning content, curriculum, resources on LMS and recommending new training methods (including e,learning courses and game,based platforms)4.Conduct periodic TNIs and feedback sessions to optimise training efficiency. View and revise training SOPs, share timely reports on training completion and performanceAbout you :5.You can train, coach and mentor your team on functional and personal levels . Traditional and modern training methods are your strongest skills and you juggle with ease and grace through various mentoring, coaching techniques like classroom and on,the,job training, e,learning, workshops, etc6.You're a people person, with excellent communication and leadership skills7.You talk and walk data and are passionate about service and communication8.You have excellent stakeholder management skills and can work with cross,functional teams with a data,driven mindset9.You're flexible and adapt well, and at the same time are not afraid of suggesting or making changes for growth10.You understand the tech side of the business and are not afraid of tech talks.
