Come join us on our journey!About the Role:, End to end responsibility of the customer experience & growth of the Personal Loans portfolio,Build a bouquet of offerings with the right product at the right price to the customers; develop a personalized cash loans strategy, which delivers customer delight, Own pricing strategy of personal loans, Anticipate customer needs and incorporate them into the product experience, Work with the business operations team to ensure delivery of customer contact strategy and CRM campaigns designed to be relevant, personalized, and engaging, Work with Credit Risk teams to monitor the performance of the portfolio, Measure performance with regular tracking of KPI'sAbout you:, Excellent problem,solving skills; sound understanding of macro, business, and processes; ability to analyze data and translate it into solutions, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Exceptional analytical skills, with an ability to quickly translate data,driven insights into actions, Customer obsession, Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently, Goal,oriented with a get,it,done approach, Self,starter and self,directed, B.E.,B.Tech.,B.Com.,B.B.A. or any other relevant degree; Master's preferred, 5+ years of experience, Experience in a B2C company is a plus, Proven experience of leading a significant CRM change program is a Plus
