Work collaboratively with the store management team, regional teams on employee relations issues and to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.2. Resolve employee dissatisfaction by investigating complaints and concerns, evaluating and offering possible courses of action and provide advice, guidance and direction for resolution. 3. Maintain HR records by documenting incidents and resolutions of issues. Obtain opinions from HR Director, Manager and Advisor.4. Assist Senior Manager HR in HR related analysis like attrition, manpower, policy compliance.5. Maintains in,depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day,to,day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed,required.6. Exit Management , Conduct Exit Interviews for front line management and give analysis toSr. Manager HR for preparing attrition analysis.7. Employee Engagement for front line staff , Rewards & Recognition, Birthdays, Festivals.8. Responsible for the end to end life cycle management and guiding HR for various scope of improvement in processes.9. Builds a strong business relationship with the field.10. Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks.11. Timely addresses disciplinary and behavioural issues as per matrix12. Policy awareness, Running policy awareness programs on the floor.13.
