Job PurposeTo lead the development and execution of subscription marketing programmes which includes:, Effective B2B engagement via campaigns for distribution partners and , Impactful B2C communications to grow ZEE channel subscribers. Key Accountabilities:Individual Accountabilities:, A creative thinker who can independently conceive insights, campaign thoughts , Superior delivery on individual marketing related tasks, Best in class engagement with creative, Media & PR agencies to secure superior creative output, Seamless execution of campaigns detail orientation to ensure first time right, Incremental subscriber growth & revenue results delivered by Marketing campaigns executed, Close working with vendors and other agencies to deliver best in class activations.Customer Engagement:, Working closely with the distribution sales team to understand competitive activity & market pulse , Collaboratively engage with channel marketing team to obtain various creatives to meet subscriber growth objectives, Work closely with channel marketing to integrate relevant activations and events to improve our relationship among distribution partnersRevenue Growth and Management:, Conceptualize & execute campaigns to improve subscriber acquisition, retention and upgrade on Cable & DTH platforms, Agility and dynamism to deliver marketing plans with best in class turn around time in the face of adverse operator scenarios in regionsPeople and Capability Development, Following ongoing capability development plan for self. This role is an individual contributor and is presently not having any team attached to it.Key Shared Accountabilities, The role works very closely with Head, Subscription Marketing and drives to deliver much of the last mile execution of the subscription marketing verticals priorities., The role will also interact closely with other team members in subscription marketing specifically, larger projects may be broken down into smaller activity items of execution. A close collaboration needs to be maintained with other team members to ensure unity of purpose and direction, Activities (especially in the face of adverse operator scenarios) would need to be driven jointly with the distribution sales team for ground executionKey Performance Indicators:1.
